the reception team greeted me with moroccan sweets, it was a lovely touch. the restaurant staff, including samir, nour yaqout, abderrahim, and youness, offered excellent service throughout my meals. the animation team was very friendly and made an effort to interact with every guestwith a cute atmosphere. i loved my stay!

i found the pool area quite attractive. the pool bar provided excellent service. i appreciated the convenient access to food and beverages. the on-site gym has modern equipment, including treadmills and weights. the outdoor spaces were well-kept.

The entertainment was somewhat repetitive. The music and shows could use more variety. the same songs were played most evenings. this did little to affect my overall experience, though
